I watched your video and as far as I can assess you.... some hints for a good fire-show (in my eyeys):
- great flames aren't everything (but ok, the average public likes it)
- many "fire-tools" aren't everything
- speed isn't everything
- even skill isn't everything (and I think you have a lag here, sry)
- interacting of the players and acting improves a fireshow very much; don't do a serial of one-man-shows; try acrobatics and stuff like "partner-poi"
- nice costumes (like yours) improve the show very much

Thanks for those advices, we know our shows lack a few things (interactions, skills...) and are trying to improve !
