BOOT

Kittens are always cute. It's not hard to take a cute picture of kitten, so much so that almost have grown to loathe kitten pictures between all the stupid memes or random poor quality photos of them. That being said, clearly you thought this out very well it's a high quality photo the kitten is cute obviously, but the great parts of this photo are the background nicely distributed into thirds with the abstract painting, white wash wall, and the antique dresser. In addition to the background my mind immediately thinks Puss and boots which just makes me smile and chuckle. you have great placement for your mark also it doesn't disrupt the photo very much at all and it fits well with the painting in the back. The only thing really bothering about the photo is the metal pitcher on the dresser in the background think the photo would look nicer without it. I just really love the clean split of the three background pieces and I really want to see just a clean white wash wall all the way through the middle section. I'm trying to picture it in my head with a more worn and distressed boot might look better might not hard to say without seeing it I guess. But yeah I never thought I would being giving an actual thoughtful critique of a kitten photo... Nice work.
